Keith L. Callaway is an unabashed follower of Christ, husband of over forty years, father of seven, and grandfather of seventeen (and counting) whose life purpose is to “get wisdom and give wisdom!” He founded a construction business over forty years ago and, along with overseeing the culture of fifty, plus, people, he is using the experience to coach other business owners on how to leave a lasting legacy while he mentors his own teams using the motto “TRANSFORMING LIVES ONE SHOVEL AT A TIME”. He is a two time best-selling author and has recently launched a podcast called “Greatness from Small Beginnings”, where he brings inspiring messages or interviews those that have broken generational cycles, grown from small places, and have pushed toward their greatest potential but know they are not done yet!

Fun fact: He has six sons and one daughter. But in an odd twist, God gave him fifteen granddaughters and three grandsons!
