Mike Ingram

President & CEO

Mike Ingram serves as the President & CEO of Maverick Investment Company, Shadin Avionics, and Electronic Concepts & Engineering (ECE). Under his leadership, Shadin and ECE excel in designing and manufacturing embedded, certified, and ruggedized processing platforms, fuel flow transducers, and data conversion products. Mike is currently leading the turnaround of these businesses, achieving a 20% CAGR. He is a seasoned executive with a track record of leading organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises across global aerospace markets.

In his career, Mike has demonstrated exceptional ability to quickly assess business health, create profitable strategies, develop innovative products, and drive growth through top and bottom-line expansion. Prior to his current roles, he was the Vice President and General Manager of the Avionics Business Unit at Honeywell Aerospace, overseeing strategy, product management, and sales for the $2 billion Business and General Aviation, Air Transport, and Military division.

Mike's international experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategy and Growth at AVIAGE SYSTEMS, a GE Aviation/AVIC Joint Venture based in Shanghai, China. He also held senior engineering and product management roles at Avidyne Corp. Throughout his career, he has built and led large teams, established and repaired billion-dollar customer relationships, launched numerous New Product Introductions (NPIs), and led many certification programs. Additionally, Mike has contributed to industry advancements as a member of the General Aviation Manufactures Association (GAMA), FAA NextGen Advisory Committee (NAC) and as a Board Member of RTCA.

A licensed pilot with over 20 years of experience in avionics design, human factors, and global business operations within Part 23, 25, 27, and 29, Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
