Rhett Ross is a senior business consultant , focusing on M&A, financial restructuring and operational revitalization. In recent years, Rhett has worked engagements that range from corporate bankruptcy to family-owned business transformation.

Prior to joining G2, Rhett forged a 35-year career as a leader in industrial engineering design, business development, and manufacturing, with expertise in aerospace and defense, electric vehicle power systems, industrial gases, nuclear power, engineering services, and alternative energy sectors. Rhett has led two early-stage technology companies, four business restructurings ranging in revenue from $10 million to $120 million, and international M&A transactions with enterprise value up to $200 million. He also completed a public offering of Continental Aerospace Technologies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

After successfully finishing the first act of his career at Continental Aerospace, Rhett has become involved in business advisory and investment initiatives . He most recently served as a board member of Deuce Drone LLC, an emerging technology company developing last-mile package delivery service solutions using small, unmanned aerial vehicles.

Rhett holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Florida. After finishing school, he started his career as an officer in the United States Navy’s Submarine Service.
