Other podcasts could take a lesson from Capitalist Culture; this is how podcasts can and should be done.
It’s a simple formula, really: get a great guest with a compelling story, then draw out of them information the listener can apply immediately and directly to their own lives. Kip is a master of asking exactly the questions the audience wants asked, avoiding the trap too many interviewers fall into of demonstrating their own brilliance to the detriment of the connection between the audience and the guest.
The conversation is natural, organic, and free-flowing. It goes where it goes, and always ends someplace you have not been but are glad you went.
For all its relaxed vibe, the production values are top notch. Quality audio and video make Capitalist Culture not just a fruitful listen, but a pleasurable one.
