I watched the video from the venture Capitalist Udit Naik I like Kip's point about becoming comfortable with uncertainty because there are points in entrepreneurship where you could have done everything right and an outside factor steers you in the wrong direction. After this, it is still your job to correct the ship. Kip's insight on larger companies gives me hope that it's not only founders rolling through uncertainty but also large corporations. It is truly important to get comfortable or you could go overboard by burnout and lose your passion for your company.
