I’m a seasoned entrepreneur and the podcasts I tend to listen to are typically about entrepreneurship, leadership, or just topics on how to improve my business. I know Kip from the Arete Syndicate so I already know he’s a high level guy that could teach me something. I recently listened to his podcast about Family Offices - a term I’ve been hearing a lot more lately - which admittedly, I’m not super familiar with what those are. I listened so I can learn more about family offices and what I got was sage advice on character traits of some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. Moreover, Kip had a great way of asking questions and letting his guest answer. Meaning, he didn’t over talk! I liked that he respected his guest enough not to try to answer his own questions and really just get the most out of his interviewee.
